1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

5 Deposits & Money Management

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Player collusion to manipulate the outcome of poker or any other game

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Poker Dream reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Account closure requested by the account holder
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed at the member's request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any valid account balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned via an approved withdrawal method within 7 business days.

12 Liability Limits

Poker Dream is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions
