Your VIP tier at Poker Dream is based on your total cumulative points, not a monthly reset. This means your tier won't automatically drop just because you take a break. That said, to retain full access to certain benefits at the Platinum, Diamond, and Elite levels, you'll need to meet a minimum monthly activity requirement. Full details are available in our VIP program Terms & Conditions. For Bronze through Gold, there is no mandatory monthly activity requirement.

Poker Dream's weekly rebate is calculated based on your net losses from Monday to Sunday (local time). Every Monday before noon, the rebate is automatically credited to your main account balance — not your bonus balance. This means the rebate funds can be used for gameplay or withdrawn directly with no additional rollover conditions. No application needed — it all happens automatically. If you don't receive your rebate on a Monday, please contact Poker Dream customer support for a review.

The Elite tier at Poker Dream is exclusive and works differently from all other tiers — it cannot be reached by accumulating VIP points alone.
